About Master
Chris Rappold

Mr. Christopher Rappold has been studying the martial arts since 1982.  He has a bachelors degree in physical education and has earned the title of Master Instructor in the art of Tae Kwon Do.  Being a student of the art, Mr. Rappold has had the opportunity to study with some of the finest martial arts practitioners in the world.  His intensive study brings the students of Personal Best limitless possibilities in their quest for knowledge.

As a competitor in sport karate, Master Rappold was a three time member of the world champion  United States karate team and a member of the Paul Mitchell National Team.  Together with these teams he won numerous individual and team national and world titles.  In 1995, at the close of ten years of dedicated competition Master Rappold won the W.A.K.O. Pro. Light middle weight world championship in Providence ,RI.  Then in 1997 came back to win the W.A.K.O. Pro World Team Title.

As the Executive Director of Personal Best Karate, Master Rappold is a self-disciplined person who has developed his talents and abilities so as to bring out the best in himself and in his students. As the principle-centered leader of Personal Best,  Master Rappold extends his positive influence not only in the schools, located in Norton, Foxboro and South Easton, Massachusetts, but also throughout the community. His efforts on behalf of so many people have been recognized nationally by his representation as an Olympic Torch Bearer as well as on a local level, most recently as the recipient of the "Friend of Children" Award as the Inspirational Role Model.

Under the direction of Master Rappold, Personal Best Karate has been cited many times as a leader in the field of character development for its students and as a national representative of impeccable business practices. Not only do the schools share a positive attitude and assist all students in achieving their personal best, but also, equally as important, Personal Best prides itself in keen attention to professionalism towards its staff and internal operations. As such, Master Rappold has hosted national and international Martial Arts business associates who look to achieve this level of occupational and vocational expertise. Most recently he has created Partners in Excellence, a training program for people who aspire to own their own Personal Karate location.
